Service and access
PoppDesk is an invitation-only business operations service operated by Popp Media Agency LLC. You may use access granted to you only for the organization and purpose shown in your account. You must protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access.
Messaging
Connected social and messaging accounts remain subject to the provider's terms. You authorize only the accounts and workflows that you own or are permitted to manage. Automated responses are bounded by configured topics, approvals, rate limits, consent, and human takeover controls.
Content and offers
You retain responsibility for content, claims, files, offers, consent, and recipient lists supplied through the service. Drafts and AI-assisted material require the configured review before publication or sending. Popp Media Agency does not make binding commitments through generated drafts.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unsolicited, or security-sensitive activity. Do not bypass tenant boundaries, access controls, recipient preferences, provider limits, or safety checks.
Availability and changes
Features may be paused to protect accounts, recipients, or data. Provider outages and policy changes can limit delivery. Material service responsibilities, retention, support, and usage limits are documented for each client engagement.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy describes processing and deletion. Disconnecting a provider account stops new access; applicable records are then deleted, anonymized, or retained according to legal, security, and contractual obligations.
